  • Winding walkway to a 3,000-ft flagstone patio that reaches the dock over the water

  • Optional 3,000-ft tent pad for a festival-style wedding layout

  • Bar area, full caterer’s kitchen, and private bathrooms for men, women, and families

We offer personal tours by appointment so you can walk the space, ask questions, and start envisioning your day. Whether you're planning an intimate ceremony or a big celebration under the stars, we can't wait to meet you.

  • We can host up to 300 guests, though the venue is best suited for celebrations of up to 250 for the most comfortable experience.

  • Yes. Flexible rental options are available to fit your needs.

  • Yes. We are proud to offer a 10% discount for military service members.

  • Yes. You’re welcome to bring in your own vendors, as long as they carry proper insurance coverage.

  • Yes. Vendor insurance is required in this case, and we can help guide you through the process.

  • Animals participating in your ceremony are welcome, as long as they remain leashed at all times.

  • Yes! We offer curated fireworks packages to light up your night. For safety, no outside fireworks are permitted.

  • Less than 12 miles away in both directions—you’ll find options in both Waxahachie and Ennis.

  • We have tent rentals available for added coverage. Our strategically placed planters and large bushes also help block most wind and rain. Please note that our venue is covered, but not enclosed.

  • Yes. We have 10 propane heaters available to keep guests comfortable during cooler months.
